The CHAINSAW Classic tournament is two weeks from Sunday. I’ve heard from several players that are planning on playing but I haven’t received registration forms from them yet. If you’re planning on playing please send in your registration within the next week. I’m only ordering shirts for players that preregister by the Wednesday before the tournament. To have the best opportunity to have your size you should register by the end of next week.
For players that are opting for the full color Buzz Golf Disc I have 35 available. There will be a few extras available for sale for players that want a shirt and a disc.
Lunch is also included in the registration cost. The more players that preregister the better I will be able to plan the right amount of food. I will only prepare enough food for about 10 people above the preregistration…we want to make sure everyone gets a chance to eat.
There will be a CTP per division in the morning round. The CTPs will be bags of Trails-End Caramel Corn. That’s thanks to my 7 year-old selling popcorn for his Cub Scout Den. He made the suggestion. I hope those that win their division CTP enjoy.
I will be at the Upstate Classic this Saturday morning with registration forms and a sample shirt. If you’re playing in the Upstate Classic I can get your registration forms and checks then.

Registration for the Triple Threat Team Tourney has opened. As of this morning, we’ve got three AM teams, one pro team and a Class A team registered. If you’re wanting to play and need help finding a third player or a second and third player, please email me at info@scdoubles.com and I will help put teams together.
This is a non sanctioned event and is being held at Chattooga Belle Farm in Long Creek, SC. The farm will have beer for sale and if we get enough pre registrations, there will be a cooker at the farm for lunch. If there isn’t enough pre registration, there is a pizza place about a five minute drive away and the Long Creek General Store also sell snack and other items.

Hey all, I lost a yellow champion katana (163g) w/ a dancing bear (w/ a red bib) custom die job on it. It has all my contact info on it and i lost it on #4 in Seneca. The disc was a gift from a friend and the custom dye job was a wedding present from another friend. So … obviously i would like to get it back. If you see it please grab it and give me a shout. If you see someone playing with it push them down and take it from them.

Hey all the time change is this week and Memorial day (May 30) is a couple months out. Memorial Day is when we historically started the Seneca Doubles and the time change is when many clubs start running their doubles.
GODG needs someone to run the doubles this year. Luke has spoken in the past of running a plastic doubles instead of/in addition to the random doubles. If Luke does his plastic doubles that could replace the GODG random doubles. Or, … if someone would like to step up and run the random doubles we could have both going on. Doubles have historically been on Mondays at 6 pm but that could be changed. If changed there is of course the other local doubles to think of.
Please give this some thought and voulenteer to help out the club.
Cheers,
Mike Wierda
